Welcome,
To Dara Impact.
There comes a moment when success stops feeling complete…
There comes a time when the pace, the pressure, and the results no longer match the rhythm of who you truly are.
For over 15 years, life unfolded across 7 countries and within some of the world’s most influential brands like Gucci, Sephora, and adidas among them. In fast-paced, high-impact environments, leadership meant performance, precision, and vision. Yet behind the achievements, something vital was being overlooked.
THE HUMAN SYSTEM POWERING IT ALL.
Over a decade of mentoring and developing teams revealed a deeper pattern: people burn out because they lose connection to their own coherence and purpose. That realisation became a turning point, transforming years of corporate experience into a new field of practice.
This is when Dara Impact was born. A response to the growing need for a different way of leading and living. A call to release the old models of success built on exhaustion and control, and to embrace a new paradigm where regeneration is the only way forward.
A field where leaders come to reconnect with their own coherence. Where growth doesn’t mean pushing harder, but expanding with intention.
Where leadership becomes regenerative, restoring vitality to the people, cultures, and systems it touches.
Ready to redefine what leadership can be?

Dara & Coaching
There is no growth without a solid root system.
For Dara Impact, the name is more than a title, it’s a lineage. A reflection of ancestry that bridges my Greek and Scottish heritage and honours the wisdom carried through both.
The Dara Knot, a Celtic symbol, represents the intricate root system of the oak. Strength drawn from depth. It mirrors the essence of coaching: working beneath the surface to understand what sustains growth, uncovering the roots of clarity, and nurturing long-lasting transformation.
Just as trees need the right conditions to flourish, growth in people and organisations depends on awareness, nourishment, and time. Coaching becomes the soil where those conditions are restored, identifying where the system needs care, where energy is blocked, and where new seeds are ready to emerge.
The name “Dara” itself holds meaning across cultures: leadership in Punjabi, nurturing in Hebrew, compassion in Sanskrit, and star qualities in Thai. It reminds us that strength is not linear, it is rooted, relational, and radiant.
Dara Impact stands for this truth: when roots are tended, everything above ground thrives. Transformation begins below the surface, where alignment takes hold and true growth begins.
