Welcome,

To Dara Impact.

There comes a moment when it’s not just about the business growth…

I did not arrive at this work through theory.

I arrived through the gap between the success I had built and the life I actually wanted to be living.

For 15 years, I worked across global brands including Gucci, Sephora and adidas, leading teams, building strategies and navigating high-pressure environments across 7 countries.

On paper, I had created the kind of career I thought I was supposed to want.

But in my last role as Global Head of Client Relations, I started to feel something I could no longer ignore.

I was achieving, but I was no longer fully connected to the version of myself behind the achievement.

That question became the beginning of everything:

What if success does not have to cost us ourselves?

From there, I began questioning the definitions of success, leadership and ambition I had inherited. I started making decisions from values, not only pressure. From truth, not only expectation. From alignment, not only achievement.

That journey became the foundation of Dara Impact.

Today, my work brings together the worlds that shaped me: corporate strategy, leadership, personal transformation, values based decision making, deep inner work and regenerative principles.

I support founders, executives and high performing leaders who are building, leading or expanding something meaningful, and who know the next stage requires more than another strategy deck.

It requires the person behind the growth to evolve too.

Dara & Coaching

There is no growth without a solid root system.

For Dara Impact, the name is more than a title, it’s a lineage. A reflection of ancestry that bridges my Greek and Scottish heritage and honours the wisdom carried through both.

The Dara Knot, a Celtic symbol, represents the intricate root system of the oak. Strength drawn from depth. It mirrors the essence of coaching: working beneath the surface to understand what sustains growth, uncovering the roots of clarity, and nurturing long-lasting transformation.

Just as trees need the right conditions to flourish, growth in people and organisations depends on awareness, nourishment, and time. Coaching becomes the soil where those conditions are restored, identifying where the system needs care, where energy is blocked, and where new seeds are ready to emerge.

The name “Dara” itself holds meaning across cultures: leadership in Punjabi, nurturing in Hebrew, compassion in Sanskrit, and star qualities in Thai. It reminds us that strength is not linear, it is rooted, relational, and radiant.

Dara Impact stands for this truth: when roots are tended, everything above ground thrives. Transformation begins below the surface, where alignment takes hold and true growth begins.
